At Bizstory, we value your privacy and provide every customer with the option to permanently delete their account and associated personal information.

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account directly from the Bizstory mobile application.

Steps

Open the Bizstory App.
Login to your account.
Go to Profile.
Open Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion request.
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.

What Data Will Be Deleted

The following information will be permanently deleted from our systems:

User Profile
Name
Email Address
Mobile Number
Shipping Address
Billing Address
Saved Addresses
Wishlist
Cart Items
Order Preferences
Jewellery Preferences
Personal Information
Account Settings

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes, including:

Jewellery Purchase History
Invoice Records
Transaction History
Tax Records
Warranty Information
Return & Refund Records
Information required for fraud prevention
Information required for legal and regulatory compliance

Deletion Timeline

Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your account deletion request.
